What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no newsletter sign-up. You cannot submit personal information through it.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

We use privacy-friendly page analytics (Vercel Analytics) that count visits and page views in aggregate. It does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. We also use Google Analytics 4 for the same kind of counts; it sets analytics cookies in your browser, which you can block or clear (see below).

We count use of telephone, email and membership enquiry links together with the page they were used on. This records the action and page, not the contents of your messages.

Booking by phone or email

Online booking is currently unavailable. Please call or email the clinic to arrange an appointment.

Telephone and email enquiries come to the clinic directly; they are not collected through this website.

Health information is separate from this website

Assessment notes, photographs taken during a visit, consent forms and treatment records are personal health information. They are collected in the clinic, kept in the clinic management system, and handled under Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act. None of it is collected, stored or displayed by this website.

We do not publish client photographs or client testimonials on this site.

Third parties

Pages may link to Google (our business listing and map), Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu. Following a link means that company receives the request, subject to its own privacy practices. We do not embed advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. For personal health information, retention periods are set by professional and provincial requirements.

Most browsers let you block or clear site data. Nothing on this website depends on advertising cookies.
