She still works in the room.
Su Dou has worked in medical aesthetics since 2016. She founded S.D. Medical Spa and provides care at the Oakville clinic. Her consultations begin with what the client is noticing, followed by an in-person assessment before treatment is planned. Care is shared across the team and follows the notes kept on file, so the person you see on a given day depends on the appointment and what it involves.

Helen Zhang · Nurse Practitioner (NP)
She signs off on anything prescribed.
Where prescription assessment and authorization are required, Helen Zhang provides them within her professional scope. A nurse practitioner can prescribe independently in Ontario, which is why that step happens here rather than somewhere else.

Current professional registration can be verified through the College of Nurses of Ontario public register. Both entries are linked directly, so you should not have to search for them.
